The role of Front Office Receptionist all about creating the best first and last impression for our customers. It involves duties such as checking in/out guests, answering the switchboard, dealing with guest enquires, cash handling, billing, messaging, and guest relations.
Previous experience working in hotels and working with Opera would be desirable, although full training is provided. Looking for candidates who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able to interact effectively with the staff and the customers.

Working 40 hours per week, the varied shifts will include early mornings, evenings and regular weekends.
