CONTRACTUAL

39 hours/week, 5 days work week, 2 days off

 

ENGLISH

Salary: 19.20 euro/hour (3,379 month/22 working days), paid weekly.

Location: Dublin (Ireland)


 

  • Follow all safety, sanitary, and procedural guidelines in the preparation of finished baked goods and prepared foods.
  • Perform the following job functions as trained:

BAKERY

  • Donut and croissants preparation.
  • Chunking dough.
  • Ice, fill, or glaze donuts and pastries.
  • Bake designated products (cookies, muffins, croissants, etc).
  • Assemble and package food items per recipe guidelines.
  • Stock and rotate raw products correctly to, and from, storage.
  • Stage finished products for pick room.
  • Operate the wash system and SMT Sanitation system.
  • Fryer filtering/Boil out.

COMMISSARY

  • Assemble and package food items per guidelines.
  • Cut finished products using sharp edged utensils.
  • Stock and rotate raw products correctly to, and from, storage.
  • Catch and stage finished products for pick room.
  • Check label positioning on packaging. Randomly check at least two items per tote or box for correct label and legibility of date.
  • Operate the wash and SMT Sanitation system.
  • Operate table top slicer ensuring all measures are taken to ensure the best quality QT kitchens products. Ensure products are properly placed on the menu item and in the proper quantity. Clean slicer at end of production.

PICK ROOM

  • Stage finished products for store orders.
  • Merge stores onto conveyor.
  • Stage totes and trays for daily production.
  • Securely lid totes for transport.

TUNNEL WASH

  • Load dirty utensils, totes, etc. into machine to be cleaned.
  • Unload and stack items after cleaning; additional drying as needed.
  • Adjust machine as needed.
  • Required to wear ear protection.
  • Move dirty items from trailers and staging areas to tunnel wash, separate as necessary for cleaning.

HOUSEKEEPING

  • Clean and maintain the break room area.
  • Clean and maintain administrative areas.
  • Clean and maintain bathrooms/locker rooms.
  • Clean and maintain outside areas.
  • Meet production standard by complying with all company policies and procedures and programs at the direction of the Team Leader, Coordinator or Manager.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and guidelines. Recognize potential issues and report them to a Team Leader, Coordinator or Manager.
  • Operate equipment in a safe manner following manufacturers and QTK guidelines. Clean and reassemble as directed.
  • Recognize sub-standard products and dispose of them properly.
  • Attend team meetings, one-on-one and evaluations as directed.
  • Control waste during the production of finished goods. Meet the budgeted guidelines for spoilage.
  • Laundry tasks may be required on an as needed basis.
  • Assist in other areas in the facility as needed.

NOTE! All costs are borne by the employer. The costs of issuing personal documents, visa photos, courier, etc., about 50 euros maximum – these costs are at the expense of the applicant if approved.
